Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Item

  Securely place the jewelry and all original accessories, including the charging cable, in the original gift box.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
